hello guys. tonite i wana share some recipe dat i've learnt from my sista. OREO CHEESE CAKE. So dis is how we do it :
The bottom (crust)
120 gm Oreo biscuit (separate da cream and biscuit, only used da biscuit. keep the cream fer filling)
70 gm unsalted butter
The top (filling)
250 gm cream cheese
120gm custor sugar
2 or 4 pieces oreo biscuits (its up to u if u want put more u can add more biscuits) (separate da cream and da biscuit. crust the biscuits)
150 gm whipped cream
1 tbsp gelatin ( u can get dis in bakery shop )
80 ml full cream milk
method:
making the crust:
1. Crust da oreo biscuit and mix in unsalted butter (melt da butter 1st)
2. Press it into a round spring form pan. (make sure u press it harder so dat da crust wont break) and put it into a fridge until firm.
making filling:
3 beat cream cheese & custor sugar until smooth.
4. add in whipped cream, oreo cream which has been remove from da biscuit & the 2 or 4 crust oreo biscuit. Mix well.
5. Heat full cream milk and gelatin, stir constantly until boil.
6. Pour milk into cream mixture (step 3 & 4) and mix well.
7. Spread into da crust
8. Leave it into fridge fer three hours.
TADA !!! So here it is ..... my 1st cake i've made.

and she's da 1st person who tried it. How does it taste huh ? heee. Tq nad become a jury to taste it. XDE SAKIT PERUT KAN ??? ahahahaha~
actually i promise to my hubby to do it fer him. but im quite busy rite now got no time. So hubby pls be patient ya syg. afta we get back from our honeymoon i'll make it fer u ya syg. :))
